Taiwan Home-Cooked Dishes Featured on Stamps

First Day of Issue: January 31, 2013 - Taiwan

Taiwan has issued the first set of four postage stamps in the new Signature Taiwan Delicacies series featuring home cooked dishes.

This new series will spotlight the extraordinary diversity of Taiwan's cuisine and encourage international gourmands to visit and  taste the island's culinary delights. The first four dishes featured on the new stamps is Gong Bao Chicken, Mud Crab with Glutinous Rice Cake, Three-Cup Chicken, and Hakka Stir-Fry.
