Spring Flowers Theme of Japanese Stamps

First Day of Issue: February 8, 2013 - Japan

Japan has issued a set of postage stamps with the theme Seasonal Flowers: Spring.

This is the fifth release in a series of stamps symbolizing the four seasons. The flowers in the current issue symbolize the flowers of spring and consist of the carnation, tulip, sakura, gerbera, and forget-me-not.
